Return Policy

At Muddy Mile, every order is backed by a 30-day return window. If gear doesn't work out, we want to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, email us at jack_g1705@icloud.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or a product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and any items marked as final sale at checkout are not eligible for return.
